Raw Vegan Cooking

Vegan food is becoming more and more popular and research is showing us that it’s good for the body and environment to cut down on meat consumption. This course will allow you to get an understanding on what raw cooking is all about and how to create dishes that still taste delicious but are completely raw. The idea behind this eating method is that when food is heated up it destroys all the good nutrients and enzymes that boost digestion and fight chronic disease. Benefits of eating a raw food diet can be brighter skin, more energy, better digestion and even weight loss. Vegan food can already be difficult for some people to understand and then making it all raw can completely confuse you! This course will give you the foundations to understanding what foods work best raw and how to create raw meals from your favourite hot ones!
