Pasta Making

This class is perfect for beginners. Learn the basics of making beautiful fresh pasta dough accompanied by some classic Italian sauces. You will turn your dough in delicious linguini with mussels, garlic chilli white wine and fresh herbs, spaghetti with pork and fennel sausage cherry tomatoes and lots of basil, ravioli with roasted pumpkin ricotta spinach and the perfect potato gnocchi with a beautiful tomato and basil sauce. Your friends and family will love your new dishes! Course fee includes all ingredients.

Course Outline:

Menu

What to bring:

  • 2 Tea Towels
  • Dish Cloth
  • Apron
  • Take away container for any leftovers
