Pasta Made Easy

Perfectly suited for all skill levels, this course will take you through the art of pasta making step by step. Through a combination of demonstrations and hands on learning, students will learn to prepare their own pasta from scratch and customise it to their own designs. We’ll cover the recipe and process for basic pasta dough, the operation of pasta machines and a range of variations that students can incorporate into their cooking.

  • Various sauces

What to bring:

  • Apron
  • Pen
  • Tea towel
  • Pasta machine (if you have access to one)
  • 2 large containers and 2 medium containers (to take items home)

Safety First:

Please ensure you wear closed in shoes, long pants and ensure long hair is tied back.
