Musical Theatre Workshop - Beginners - New!

We are going to learn how to combine a good vocal technique with acting skills to be able to do a good performance when we sing. Also, learn how to move on stage. We are going to apply what we are going to learn in singing and acting to our songs to fully understand how the Musical Theatre performance works. We are going to rehearse an ensemble number and each of the students will be able to choose a song to be working on through the workshop. (Same ones we are going to perform in the last class)

About the Tutor:

'Paulina Pinete, actress and singer of Mexican nationality. She has studied singing and acting in schools abroad like Interlochen Center of the Arts, Michigan. The Broadway Dance Center and Broadway Experience in New York. In Mexico, she has studied in musical theatre schools such as the Thomas Jefferson Theater Company, Patricia Espíndola, A Scene, Artestudio, Casa Azul, and in the High-Performance Lyceum in Ocesa Musical Theater. Professionally, she has participated in Musicals like “La Villa de Santa Claus” (season in Mexico and international tour in Los Angeles) produced by Chabelo, “Dorian Gray; The Musical”, “Aladdin”, “The Sleeping Beauty”, produced by Lupita Sandoval. “The Christmas Blessing” with Moisés Suarez, “Tick Tock” and “L’Amour Cabaret” produced by Jorge Lau. Studied a Diploma in Theology, Vocal Technique, and Songwriting at Hillsong College. Currently studying her Bachelor's degree in Musical Theatre at AIM (Australian Institute of Music)'

  • All courses need a minimum number of students to run (“we try our hardest to get those”). If your course does not have enough students it will be cancelled before the commencement and you will be informed.
