Middle Eastern Cuisine - Puff Pastry with Chicken

Puff pastry is used as a main or side dish, and the dough is often ready. The dough used for the pies and a large amount of butter which is one of the reasons for the swelling this way, we can put whatever we want in the fillings and divide into sweets and appetisers. Recently, Arabian homes use dough mixed with Arabic fillings. In this course you will learn about the most famous mixture of Arabic flavour mixed with Puff pastry.

About the tutor:

'My name is Aliaa I have had a bachelor degree in medical technology, and a master degree in media. Currently I am teaching, I like to inspire and spread positivity everywhere and strive to change others for the better. I am passionate in cooking special traditional dishes I like to cook Arabic cuisine, Italian food as well as chocolate truffles.'
