Middle Eastern Cuisine - Okra

Bamyeh or Okra is a very well known vegetable/dish in the Middle Eastern, especially in countries like Jordan, Egypt, Syria and Lebanon. In this course I will sharing with you a Middle Eastern okra recipe where okra is stewed with tomatoes and served over white rice or white rice including vermicelli.

  • To know how to choose your spices and sauce
  • Food hygiene and safety
  • The technique of doing every recipe

What to bring:

  • Pen & paper, or any tools to take note
  • wear flat shoes
  • apron
  • 1 small container
  • Saucepan 1x14cm

Please ensure you wear closed in shoes, long pants and ensure long hair is tied back.
