Middle Eastern Cuisine - Musakhan Roll

This dish is Palestinian Musakhan, the original comes with big taboun or ( Afghani) bread dipped by olive oil and chicken stock, topped by Chicken pieces and chopped onion, spices with sumaq (Arabic spice). I will teach you how to prepare it faster and a very easy way.

  • sharp knife
  • apron
  • wear flat shoes

About the tutor:

'My name is Aliaa I have had a bachelor degree in medical technology, and a master degree in media. Currently I am teaching, I like to inspire and spread positivity everywhere and strive to change others for the better. I am passionate in cooking special traditional dishes and I like to cook Arabic cuisine, Italian food as well as chocolate truffles.'
