In this course you will learn Mediterranean cooking techniques and develop an understanding of how to create your own recipes and menu plan. By the end of the course you will be confident to serve delicious Mediterranean food to your hungry family and friends. Course fee includes all ingredients.

  • Ingredients
  • Measures
  • Temperatures
  • Cutting – Chopping, Slicing and Dicing
  • Create a soup, compose a salad and a dessert – Chorizo Pilaf, Clams a la la Marinara and Macerated Oranges

The traditional Mediterranean lifestyle emphasises the importance of people eating healthy food together among family and friends. Because of the history of the region, Mediterranean cuisine remains one of the most colourful and vibrant collections of cuisine in the world. During the course your taste buds will travel to some amazing regions within the Mediterranean. Course fee includes all ingredients.

  • Take away container for any leftovers
