Meditation & Breathwork

Working on the premise of Holistic Health through breathwork and meditation, this course is about learning that when mind, body and emotion are in balance we are at our fullest potential. Breathwork and creative visualisation practices will be used in meditation, and you will learn how to have greater awareness of the mind-body-emotion connection. Managing your stress levels and learning to relax and reflect are just some of the advantages of this course, as are the take away skills and strategies that can be easily applied in your day to day life.

What to bring:

For this workshop, please wear comfortable clothes. Bring a yoga mat, towel and/or blanket with you so you can lie down should you choose to (not compulsory). Also, please bring a bottle of water with you, as hydration is of paramount importance during this process.
