Macarons Masterclass

The perfect macaron is one of todays most sought-after confections. But just as their popularity has grown, so has their notorious reputation for being among the most difficult crafts of baking. With so many different stages that must be gotten right to achieve the correct texture and appearance, there are so many things that can go wrong. This workshop will take you step-by-step through both the French and Italian methods breaking them down into easier, achievable steps to help you produce the perfect macaron every time.

Please ensure you wear closed in shoes, long pants and ensure long hair is tied back.
