Life Review Workshop

This workshop is suitable for anyone ready and willing to take a personal journey of reflection within a gentle, guided, safe and supportive environment. Regardless of prior experience or level of personal awareness, the process is easily followed with the only requirement being an open mind.


  • Introduction
  • Meditation – for relaxation/grounding/re-connecting with life’s journey
  • Life Timeline
  • Layer 1 – What happened/age/year/who was there
  • Layer 2 – Identifying feelings/thoughts
  • Layer 3 – Identifying common messages: external/internal
  • Layer 4 – Identifying common patterns as they emerge
  • Layer 5 – How these patterns continue to play out in life
  • Layer 6 – Forgiveness/Transformation/Release
  • Layer 7 – Setting intention for the present and the future.

Course Outline:

  • Attendees will learn to re-connect with their internal self, build a stronger relationship with the unseen parts of themselves in a safe and supportive environment
  • Attendees will identify patterns of lessons from analysing events on their life timeline
  • Attendees will begin to understand and identify how those life events effected their internal and external world, and how those unseen parts of themselves drive and influence the present moment, their everyday lives
  • Attendees will learn how to manage, in a healthy way, any negative self-talk and inner- dialogue in order to begin to release any emotional/mental/physical pain, fear, anxiety, etc ...
  • Attendees will be able to apply learnt strategies in order to find peace, forgiveness, compassion, greater sense of personal awareness and inner-strength in their everyday lives.

What to bring:

Students are required to bring along a note pad, pen for writing, a yoga mat or towel and a bottle of water.
