Learn to Embrace Change

Change is a natural part of life, but if you’re like most of us, you often resist it or struggle with it. Are you procrastinating making decisions that would move you forward? Are you avoiding opportunities for growth and development because you are afraid? Perhaps you are in a life transition phase and things seem a bit out of control. All of these situations involve the change process. Change is challenging for everyone but you can learn to manage it better and even embrace it. In times of change, what’s important to us also shifts. Learn to identify what is truly important to you now and use that to make better decisions moving forward. In this workshop you will also learn about the change process and specific step-by-step process to manage changes in your life now and in the future.

  • To ensure resources are ready for you at the start of your course, we ask you ideally enrol at least one week before the course commences.
  • All courses need a minimum number of students to run ("we try our hardest to get those") . If your course does not have enough students it will be cancelled prior to the commencement and you will be informed.
