Learn Japanese for Travellers

Did you know that body language plays a very large role in Japanese communications and culture? For example, looking someone in the eye can be considered rude or intrusive. This Japanese for Travellers course aims to build up conversational skills of potential tourists and businesspersons. This course covers basic Japanese grammar and would be useful for beginners, as body language and Japanese culture, especially those that would lead to misunderstandings will also be explored.

SGSCC Travellers courses aim to give you confidence to deal with everyday situations during your travel, e.g. booking accommodation, ordering meals, asking for directions or assistance and conversational skills for shopping.

Please bring pen and paper.
