Konga Body Fitness - An Introduction

KONGA is a full body, high intensity, low complexity dance based workout with a combination of aerobic fitness and dance styles. Anyone can do Konga! The moves are easy to follow and you can take it at your own pace. Konga is a wild mash-up of boxing, kickboxing, cardio, pop, rock, disco & everything in between.


What to bring:

Please bring water, towel and wear comfortable clothing.

About the Tutor:

“With a dancing background Konga is my latest passion and I love sharing this active dance style with students of all ages. I have completed the highest exam awards in ballroom, latin and New vogue, competed for years in WA and traveled interstate and overseas, I have been teaching ballroom for over 10 years, Zumba for 8 years and now Konga for 3! Starting at just 5 years old with dancing, it is still something that I love to do, and share with other.” Kara
