High Tea

Create a fun and colourful high tea for your next special occasion. In this class we will make a selection of mini desserts, scones and savoury snacks. Some favourites like chocolate hazelnut truffles, mini eclairs, scones, Portuguese custard tarts , ricotta roasted vegetable frittata, rice paper wraps, classic finger sandwiches just to mention a few. Course fee includes all ingredients.

Course Outline:

  • Strawberry ice tea
  • Chocolate hazelnut truffles
  • Mini eclairs
  • Portuguese custard tarts
  • Mascarpone berry tarts
  • Scones cream and jam
  • Selection of finger sandwiches
  • Ricotta roasted vegetable frittata
  • Rice paper wraps
  • Zucchini haloumi fritters

What to bring:

  • 2 Tea Towels
  • Dish Cloth
  • Apron
  • Take away container for any leftovers

Safety First:

Please ensure you wear closed in shoes, long pants and ensure long hair is tied back.

About the Tutor:
