Greek Flavours Made Easy

Create some easy, tasty and modern Greek-style dishes in this hands-on class. We look at the flavours of the Greek cuisine, explore the philosophy of Greek hospitality.

The class includes the following dishes:

  • Spinach and Cheese Triangles
  • Rusks topped with Greek Salad and Spiced Yoghurt
  • Roast Lemon and Herb Lamb
  • Butterflied Chicken
  • Lentil, Beetroot and Pomegranate Super Salad with Caramel Balsamic Dressing
  • Sesame and Nut Crunch (Pastelli)

What to bring:

  • 2 Tea Towels
  • Dish Cloth
  • Sharp Knife
  • Chopping Board
  • Apron
  • Take away container for any leftovers

About the Tutor:

"As a branch officer at the local CWA Georges River Branch I have competed in the RAS Show cooking events and volunteered at the scone making at the CWA Tea Rooms for a number of years.

I have loved teaching a variety of classes at SGSCC over the past few years, including Greek cooking and entertaining classes. Now running cheese making classes at both beginner and intermediate levels I enjoy giving students a hands-on experience in this wonderful art.
