Greek Feast

Greek cooking is a celebration of fresh ingredients to unlock their most delicious flavours and textures. We’ll prepare a traditional three course Greek Feast including both sweet and savoury recipes as we explore the flavours and traditions of the Mediterranean.

Course outline:

  • Spanakopita
  • Lamb souvlaki
  • Baklava

Learning outcomes:

Student learns:

  • to prepare a variety of sweet and savoury dishes
  • food hygiene and safety
  • to work individually and in a team

What to bring:

  • Pen
  • Apron
  • 2 tea towels
  • 3 medium containers
  • Small square cake tin

Safety First:

Please ensure you wear closed in shoes, long pants and ensure long hair is tied back.

About the Tutor:
