Enjoy a total body workout in a circuit format using light weights and exercise bands. Improve your cardio vascular fitness, strengthen and tone with a qualified instructor to assist and motivate. This class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. No co-ordination required.

What to bring:

Please bring towel and water bottle and wear sports shoes and comfortable clothing. Please arrive 10 minutes early first week.
