Feel Good - Relax, Stretch, Dance & Write

This class is for anyone who would like to start their Saturday mornings with relaxation and movement exercises to release any stagnation in the body and feel good afterwards. The breathing, stretching and dance/movement exercises are easy to follow with a chance to sit down at the end of class and express any thoughts in a stream of conscious writing.


  • Breathing and easy meditation exercises – (10 min)
  • Stretching the whole body with yoga and dance poses – (15 min)
  • Free flowing dance movements to follow with music – (30 min)
  • Creative stream of conscious writing exercises – (30 min)

Please bring to class:

  • Yoga mat
  • Water bottle
  • A book to write in with pen or pencil
  • Wear comfortable clothes
