This course will introduce you to a system of cooking techniques, short cuts and recipes that will equip you to produce fast, healthy meals with exciting, vibrant flavours.

  • Carrot and lentil soup
  • Thai chicken laksa
  • Creamy cauliflower Alfredo
  • Low calorie pizza
  • Turkey burgers
  • Pumpkin and cranberry quinoa salad
  • Side recipes
  • Extra tips and tricks – time saving, increased nutrition
