BSB52415 Diploma of Marketing and Communication

This qualification is:

  • For individuals who have a sound theoretical knowledge base in marketing and communication
  • To demonstrate a range of managerial skills to ensure functions are effectively conducted
  • For those responsible for the work of other staff members
  • For leading teams within the organisation or business

What you need to know about this course:

  • New students are expected to attend a mandatory college orientation before you start your course. Orientation times and dates will be advised after enrolment
  • Classes commence week 1 of each school term
  • Students will be accepted into class throughout each term
  • 10-12 hours per week is required to complete assessment tasks at home
  • All courses are interactive and include team projects
  • There are no classes during school holidays
  • Private Facebook groups are used to communicate and share resources with your class
  • Smart & Skilled places are available for this course

What resources do you need to study?

  • A laptop with internet access (student Wi-Fi access at the college)
  • Email access
  • Microsoft Office
  • Facebook account

Course entry requirements:

  • You are required to complete the 5 core units of the following qualification:
- BSB42415 Certificate IV in Marketing and Communication
  • You are required to complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy Assessment
  • You are required to have a laptop that you can use in class and at home, which includes Facebook

Will you need to sit for any exams?

  • No, this is a competency based course
  • Tell us and show us you understand and are able to implement the learning you have received
  • You are required to competently complete assessment tasks for all units of learning
