Dairy Free Desserts

For those with a dairy free diet, dessert can be a nightmare as you either have to settle for something dull and bland or for nothing at all. This course will take you through some delicious recipes and give helpful tips and tricks for adapting recipes so you can still enjoy your favourite sweet treats. You will be introduced to new recipes that are easily varied so you can introduce new flavours and enjoy a variety of desserts.

Course Outline:

  • Thai style crème caramel
  • Chocolate orange and hazelnut cake
  • Blueberry frangipane tart

What to bring:

  • Pen
  • 2 x large containers
  • 4 × 12 cm loose base tart tins
  • 4 x ramekins
  • 1 small cake tin or loaf pan
  • Apron
  • 2 tea towels

Safety First:

Please ensure you wear closed in shoes, long pants and ensure long hair is tied back.
