Cooking with Vegetables

Whether you are vegetarian or just want to add more vegetables to your diet, this is the class for you. Learn how to prepare and cook some fantastic tasting vegetable dishes that the whole family will love. In this class we will create nutritious balanced meals using seasonal vegetables, nuts and legumes, along with tips on storage and preserving to save on cooking times.

Sample menu:

  • Vegetable and haloumi fritters w beetroot labneh
  • Potato lentil cakes with tomato chilli jam
  • Falafels lettuce burgers with carrot cumin spiced yoghurt
  • Pancakes made with vegetables purees
  • South Indian curry with cauliflower rice
  • Cashew cauliflower fried rice
  • Vegetable pizzas
  • Vegetable meatballs
  • Roasted vegetable tagine with tomato salsa couscous
  • Spinach ricotta lasagne with basil &mixed seed pesto

What to bring:

  • 2 Tea Towels
  • Dish Cloth
  • Apron
  • Take away container for any leftovers

Please ensure you wear closed in shoes, long pants and ensure long hair is tied back.
