Colour in Art - A Colourful Journey

Designed for those who love working with colour and using colour in general. The power of using colour therapy in art is quite unique and often utilised in everyday life to help enhance and uplift our mood and wellbeing. Learn briefly about the science, psychology and symbolism of colour, as well as gaining an understanding of how using colour can work for you in your daily life. Learn about the impact of colour on emotions and moods and ways to enhance and uplift and live more colourfully.

Participants will embark on a journey of colour and how specific colours reflect “you” and “who” you are as person. It’s a very artfully creative thing to do, as it stimulates the creative flow without the need for verbalisation of feelings, thoughts and emotions and also encourages self-reflection. Practical and experiential hands-on activity, creating your own creative personalised canvas
collage-artwork using fun creative mixed media techniques. A great way to experiment with techniques & different art media. No artistic skills or ability is required.
