Circuit Training - Taster

Course Outline:

  • Exercise stations may include: - Cardio machines such as bike, treadmill, rowing machine, skiing
  • Aerobic exercises such as boxing, battle ropes
  • Resistance stations including squatting, rowing, push ups, bicep curls, abdominals
