Chocolate Masterclass

There is nothing more gorgeous or luxurious than chocolate. This workshop will cover everything from basic techniques like how to properly melt and temper it to some real chocolate magic. So bring your sweet tooth and get ready for some seriously decadent and indulgent recipes.

  • Impossible Chocolate Mousse

What to bring:

  • Pen
  • Sugar thermometer
  • Palette knife
  • 2 large containers
  • 3 medium containers
  • Apron
  • 6 ovenproof ramekins
  • 15cm tart tin or cake tin
  • 2 tea towels
  • Dish cloth

Please ensure you wear closed in shoes, long pants and ensure long hair is tied back.
