Cheese Making - Intermediate

Delight and impress your guests with the great triple cheese hit, homemade Farmhouse Cheddar, Camembert and Blue Vein at this hands-on cheese making course. Following on from the basic cheese making course, more cheese making techniques and ingredients are covered in this course. Also learn about Wine and Cheese pairings. Previous Cheese Making course completion is advised.
