Cheese Making

Learn cheese making step by step and have that satisfaction you made it yourself. We will start with the soft cheeses which will help you understand and experience heating, ripening and curdling of the milk and the draining process. Cheese making is rewarding and inexpensive, so come and join us.

What to bring:

  • 2 tea towels
  • dish cloth
  • sharp knife
  • chopping board
  • apron
  • Take away container for any leftovers

Safety first:

Please ensure you wear closed in shoes, long pants and ensure long hair is tied back.
