Cheese Making

In this hands-on cheese making course we create Fetta, Ricotta, Greek soft cheese (Mizithra) and Halloumi. We also make some tasty homemade crackers and tomato sweet chilli jam to complement the cheeses. Delight your guests and add special flavour to your cooking! Course fee includes all ingredients.

  • Take away container for any leftovers
