Cardio Boxing - Taster

Each session consists of several rounds of boxing, with each round different, along with a couple of rounds on cardio machines and a round of core exercises. You will alternate between boxing and padding for another person. Focus is on ensuring good technique, building cardio fitness and core strength.

What to bring:

  • Boxing gloves can be supplied or we recommend you bring your own each week,
  • Boxing inner gloves,
  • towel,
  • water bottle,
  • suitable clothing and footwear.
