Cardio Boxing

Want a high intensity cardio class that is fun at the same time? Boxing is not only a great calorie burner, but it is super fun and a great stress reliever as well. This class will combine boxing with cardio machines (rower, bike, ski) to give you a great full body workout!

Boxing gloves can be supplied or we recommend you bring your own each week.

What to bring:

  • Inner gloves to wear with the boxing gloves
  • Sweat towel
  • Water

About the Tutor:

"With a long association with health and fitness, having been a Rugby League referee in the Parramatta and Cronulla district competitions for 18 years, my last 4 years having been a member of the inter-district representative squad as a touch judge where I officiated in two junior representative grand finals.
Having seen some members of my family struggle with weight issues as well as experiencing first-hand the impact that working a busy job can have on stress and health, I decided to end a successful 20 year career in the Finance Industry to embark on a new career helping people rediscover fitness, and with it a healthier lifestyle, and now run my own fitness company Be Your Best Health and Fitness, as well as teaching fitness classes at SGSCC.

I has a certificate III and IV in Fitness from iPT Australia, one of the leading educators of fitness professionals in the Australia and New Zealand region. My special focus and passion is training older adults and helping them become the best version of themselves that they can possibly be.
