Join Zabette for an uplifting morning! Learn creative ways to increase Wellbeing, Self Compassion, reduce Anxiety and Stress. Let’s soothe our Spirit with kindness and warmth. Mindfulness, Creative Visualization, ‘Free Flow Brushwork’ and various other de-stress techniques will be explored. No artistic flair required.
