Cake Decorating - Beginners to Intermediate

At the Beginner level you will learn basic techniques using fondant, buttercreams, ganache, piping. At Intermediate level you will also learn draping, stencilling, crimping and many more methods for the covering and creation of your own cakes. Some materials may need to be purchased additional to course costs.

What to bring:

  • Tea towel
  • Apron
  • Pen or pencil
  • Paper scissors
  • Grease proof paper
  • Small sifter
  • 1 x A4 plastic folder with sleeves
  • 1 x old wooden place mat or work board
  • 1 egg
  • 1 packet pure icing sugar

Safety First:

Please ensure you wear closed in shoes, long pants and ensure long hair is tied back.
