Brunch

Come along and learn how to create that perfect Sunday brunch that your friends and family will love. Forget just poached eggs on toast in this class you will take some of the classics and put a delicious twist on them. Dishes include Middle Eastern baked eggs served with pickled chillies, coriander and thick crusty bread, perfect poached eggs with oven dried tomatoes, potato rosti, wilted spinach and crispy prosciutto and lots more! Course fee includes all ingredients.

  • Potato lentil cakes, tomato chilli jam, cucumber yoghurt and balsamic glaze.
  • Poached eggs, oven dried tomatoes, potato rostic, crispy prosiutto and wilted spinach.
  • Middle Eastern baked eggs, pickled chillies, coriander, crusty bread.
  • Homemade beans and chorizo on toast.
  • Blueberry pancakes, walnut butter and maple syrup.

What to bring:

  • Two tea towels
  • Containers to take home delicious leftovers
  • An apron

Please ensure you wear closed in shoes, long pants and ensure long hair is tied back.

About the Tutor:
