Beef Wellington Masterclass

For an elegant main course, there really isn’t anything more indulgent than tender filet mignon encased in layers of mushroom duxelle, prosciutto and buttery pastry. Beef Wellington is a classic dish that is sure to impress at any dinner party but with so many elements it’s easy to get wrong. I will take you through the process step-by-step to give you the perfect blend of flavours and textures in an absolute showstopper of a dish. We will learn the secrets of the ultimate roast potato and how to create the perfect red wine jus.
