Baby It’s Cold Outside. A Weighty Winter Tale is about changing your past approach to the winter season to achieve your healthy weight goals. Yes, it’s cold outside and you might think that it’s too hard to keep up your exercise or you may want to give in to your comfort foods. Don’t let the weather stop you from achieving your healthy weight goals. It may require you to be adaptable, switch it up, be inside, be outside, whatever it takes. Don’t lose sight of your goals just because it is cold outside. Did you know when you exercise your body is still working for you the next day? It’s still churning through the calories. It really can affect your metabolism for that long! Are you ready to make the choice to eat for the person you are today and the person you want to be in the future and not for whom you were?

We all have favourite winter comfort foods and you will learn how to handle them so that you can manage your weight. We will learn what is required to create new habits and make them stick. We will also look at routines and how to make them effective. Come along and discover your steps to success and set some realistic achievable winter goals.
