A Plan for Healthy Weight Management is a workshop where we will uncover the factors that influence our weight and discover how to manage these factors. We will consider the implications of our nutrition. Understanding exactly how our body and mind are affected by what we eat and by what we don’t eat. Highlighting how different types of food or portion sizes can interfere with focus, concentration, memory, skin, hair, nails and more. We will learn about our metabolism and the benefits of an active metabolism as well as how to make it work for you and not against you. Focusing on the benefits and the positive influence on our metabolism, mind and body we will explore how to utilise exercise to enhance our healthy weight management plan. We will delve into the many different exercise options available to increase our physical activity. There are more than you think! Goal setting is very important. It assists you with the direction you wish to take and what is required to get you there. We will discuss the elements required to set a realistic and achievable goal for healthy weight.
