A Journey into Thai Food

Do you enjoy eating Thai food and would like to make healthy Thai dishes to share with family and friends then join the group to experience this amazing cuisine. Thai food is fresh and light using fresh ingredients.

Agenda:

  • Learn traditional Thai cooking techniques
  • Learn basic cooking safety and organisation
  • Understand how to develop your own recipes and to plan a menu
  • Have fun cooking and serving to family and friends

We start our journey into Thai food with:

  • Tom Yum Goong
  • Fish Cakes
  • Green Chicken Curry with Eggplant
  • Thai Seasonal Salad
  • Mango Pudding with Fresh Coconut

Learning Outcomes:

  • Learn to balance the flavours of Thai cooking – from sweet, sour and salty
  • Learn to plan a menu and have fun cooking, serving to family and friends.

  • All ingredients and equipment will be supplied

  • A container to take away your delicious creations
  • Tea Towel
  • Knives
  • Cutting Board
  • Apron
