Ballroom Dancing at Loftus Community Hall is busy with dancing, fun and laughter. Besides being fun, dancing has many positive health benefits. Certain styles of dance can have a tremendous impact on your overall flexibility, strength, endurance level, and emotional well-being. Learning to dance is a great experience and an enjoyable exercise. Everyone is welcome to come along and join in; all you need is a comfy pair of shoes and a big smile. Bring a partner or come alone.
