New national OHS laws are being introduced that will harmonise occupational health and safety legislation across Australia (WHS)
Under the proposed new laws, you will have to:
- adjust to a completely new set of safety duties;
- change the way you do business to comply with a new range of OHS obligations;
- comply with new restrictions and consequences for discriminatory conduct.
